At Passion Bridal Boutique, we take utmost care in delivering quality products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold on this website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bridal wear

  • Ethnic wear

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged, or

  • Incorrect compared to the order placed

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, at our sole discretion

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

 

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as products are prepared and allocated immediately.

 

5. Pickup Orders

For in-store pickup orders:

  • Please inspect the product at the time of pickup

  • No claims will be accepted once the product has been collected
